CHAIR MASSAGE

CHAIR MASSAGE
Bonnie Dupuis, Aromatherapist/Reflexologist, will be offering chair massages with hot rocks. Mini foot reflexology also available. Please phone to reserve an appointment or sign up at reception.

Additional Fee: $10.00 for 10 minutes $12.00 for 15 minutes

KURLING

KURLING
Leave the ice for the ice rinks. Indoor Kurling is the newest trend in Kurling. Come learn this new spin on the sport & participate in friendly competition.

Location: West Side Centre
Day: Thur (1st, 3rd & 4th Thur of the month) Sept. 5 - Dec. 19 (12 classes)
Time: 6:00pm - 8:00 pm
Day/Time: Friday / 10:00am - 11:30am Sept. 6 - Dec. 20 (14 classes)

Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, you’ll have a blast with this great group.

STRENGTH TRAINING
A fitness program designed to build muscle, strengthen tone and sculpt and help you achieve your personal fitness goals.

Location: West Side Centre
Day: Thursday, Sept. 12 - Dec. 19 (15 classes)
Time: 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Wii

Wii
It’s easy and fun! The Wii Sports Virtual system uses a remote control and a television and allows you to participate in your favorite sports while in a climate controlled safe environment. Join our league & enjoy some friendly competition, or come during Open Time to participate in other games.
